What is the check-in and check-out time?

The check-in starts from 14.00 and the check-out by 10.00. On your departure date you can still leave your luggage at the reception and come to collect them later.

Which type of credit card do you accept?

We accept any type of card.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no charge for cancellation made up to 24 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.

For each rate, deal and special package a different cancellation policy might be applied. Please check your room cancellation policy before booking your stay.

Do you have a parking space?

Yes, we have a free outdoor car park.

Is there a Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, we have a free Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel.

Yes, upon request we can offer gluten-free meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
